Marina Velazquez Valiente P.A.

Originally from Asunción, Paraguay, Marina has always immersed herself in business with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Marina is no stranger to relocation and international cultures. "I embrace learning and living among diverse cultures and people groups." She lived in Mexico City for twenty years and has lived in Miami, Florida, since 2014.

Her strategic thinking and leadership skills, honed through extensive experience in marketing and sales at multinational companies such as IBM, Xerox (where she was awarded a special corporate-level prize for achieving the sales target), and DEC (where she was recognized with the annual Best Executive award based on her performance and results), mark her professional journey. She firmly believes that real estate is not just about selling houses but about running a marketing business. Her approach to making properties attractive to buyers is a testament to her strategic mindset in a high-inventory market. 

Marina has found that negotiations are her strong suit. She helps her buyers obtain the best investment possible while catering to their wants and needs. "I tell my clients to consider several properties and allow me to negotiate the best investment for their portfolios."

Marina earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Programming from Universidad Católica Asunción in Paraguay, a marketing degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo in Mexico City, and her master's in Family Sciences from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City.

Marina's dedication to community activities, particularly her passion for teaching and preparing children for their First Communion and Confirmation at St. Agnes Church, is a testament to her compassionate nature. She is an active member of the Catholic Church, always ready to lend a helping hand.
