“Jennifer Dickenson exceeded all of our expectations. She was/is, by far, the best realtor we have ever had to sell our house, our home. Let me first start by stating that we have sold (and bought) multiple houses throughout the years. And every other selling experience (before Jen!) was fraught with frustrations, unending time/effort spent, and dissatisfaction with the entire process... so much so that we almost didn't even want to use a selling agent again. But alas... because Jen was our FANTASTIC (again exceeding ALL expectations!!) buying agent for this home that we loved and that we were now needing to sell, we decided to ask Jen if she could be our agent, even though she now lived in another state! And WOW... she. was. a. godsend. Jen was/is everything that we've always wanted in a selling realtor... She walked us through the process, she provided spot-on suggestions and estimates for selling price. And even if we wanted to try a different direction (in price or negotiations or whatever), she allowed us that freedom, and still... we always came back to what Jen had suggested initially! Jen was ALWAYS 100% correct on-target with her advice. Jen was creative, determined, and truly took TONS of time to think of every way to market and sell our beloved home, from multiple open houses at different times and days, marketing strategies with other agents and companies, to other strategic advertising initiatives, and more. She was attentive to us and was in regular contact with us throughout, letting us know everything she and her team were doing, providing us with feedback and guiding us through different strategic angles to approach the ever-changing market. Even though we knew Jen and her team had many other houses and sellers (and buyers!) to tend to, Jen always gave us and our home the utmost attention. Jen also sifted through the serious buyers vs those that weren't, and she helped us to respond appropriately and address any buyers’ concerns, while she listened to ours as well. She understood how much we loved the home and how we wanted to highlight certain aspects. Even though Jen had moved to another state, she KNEW and understood the area, neighborhood, and community that our home was in and HOW to sell it, how to find the right buyers. We had never experienced any of this before Jen! She also made the entire process, after she found the PERFECT BUYER (someone who would love the home as much as we did!), so incredibly seamless! Jen was the ideal liaison and advocate for us, ensuring all of the paperwork, contracts, legalities, dates, inspections, etc., were appropriate and crossing all the T's, dotting all the i's. It also goes without saying that Jen is the most personable and genuinely good and sweet individual... the kind of person who becomes your friend after working with her. I truly cannot say enough good things about Jen Dickenson. I'm still in disbelief as to how relaxed and enjoyable of a process this all was... if we could give her a larger commission, we 100% would... she deserves it and more.”
